Production Welder

Monday to Thursday – 07:30 to 16:00 and Fridays – 07:30 to 12:30

Paid at time and a half after 37 hours

  • Welding Processes: Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes
  • Qualifications: Ability to work according to existing Welding Procedures qualified in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614-1:2017+A1:2019 Level 2. Candidates will be required to qualify to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017
  • Material Handling: Experience working with carbon and stainless steel materials, with thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 100mm, including all sections (channels, angles, beams, columns)
  • Crane Operation: Competence in using overhead cranes and the ability to safely and correctly utilise lifting equipment
  • Inspection: All finished welds will be examined by a third party using DPI, MPI, or UT inspection techniques, depending on contract requirements
